Old Vox yes.
New and improved CP Vox can build up DE stacks with incredible ease. Those stacks translate into high bursts of damage with each hit direct and indirect.
Any decent Vox (I myself am not that good with him) will have 70k+ damage every game.
Old vox needed balled up enemies. New Vox benefits from that but doesn’t require it. His CP ratios ensure a ton of damage. He went from no ratios to sick ratios…

Read his patchnotes the changes are pretty wild.
Even with the 3.0 nerf he still has base CP damage 55% ratio with empowered basics that get 130 CP damage per hit…
He doesn’t even need AC anymore to deal CP damage. It still works very well though.
