His move speed is slower than grumpjaw (according to lore)…
He specialises in “Demolitions” . . . but meets another dwarf ( frankie ) who wants to teach him to be an engineer ?
He’s strong enough to break crystal. . . using a “power puncher” (either just AA perk or maybe an ability)
He wears “metal punchers” on his arms.

It’s confirmed his name is Tony and he is a Dwarf. He has power punchers on each arm so he is 2-punch Ardan?
His lore talks about time travel. Maybe he has Kunkka from Dota 2 like time/position ability.

This is kinda obsolete, but if you’ve seen the leaks, Frankie was supposed to become a hero, and he used to have those yellow mechanical arms. Buuuuut he was replaced for some reason lol.
Also SEMC really likes to stress how Tony WAS Tony from the beggining, but the original concept was Frankie. Liar liar, pants on fire?
Regardless, Tony is bae imo. I never liked the dwarf archetype, but Tony is now base boi.

So Frankie will never be a hero?
How sad. I’m not against Frankie (what could I have against him? he’s new) but I think Frankie would be better than Tony. They were making Frankie a hero and everything was hype and happiness. But when I saw the Tony leaked model for the first time, I was upset, and people were complaining or getting confused about it.
I was expecting Frankie because we saw in him a new and unique mechanic introduced in the game (smth like Torbjorn from Overwatch) and now, personally, I can’t expect more than a new Ardan thingy like Gwen first thoughs with Ringo.
Hopefully I’m commiting a mistake thinking this full thing.
I just hope SEMC won’t let us down.

I played through most of the different alternate fate lore stuff, and at one point he spins to attack a wp buff treant, so that’s likely to be one of his abilities.

He also shoves a crystal up his nose so maybe one of his skills is stealing from enemies.
The hero name are way too common , i like Frankie name better
Whats next , we have new other hero name Bob , Kevin , Stuart , John , Billy

Maybe they started to do frankie but decided balancing or making a kit for a guy with time travel was too hard. But they still wanted a dwarf hero but they had no name for him so put him in Frankie’s position since he had a dwarf model already? And then the first name they gave that new guy was tony. I don’t know this is just a guess.

Perhaps Frankie was intended to be an npc in the first place and that’s why he had an in-game model. I think 5v5 was underway at the time so maybe they were thinking of adding Frankie to the map.
Or maybe they just renamed Frankie to Tony because they did the same thing to another hero before.
