She got a nerf by comparison. Heroes had their attack speed lowered from .8 to .7 but Rona stayed at .5. Basically all AA heroes got a 12.5% buff and Rona got nothing after being nerfed the previous patch.
I would like to say, I had experimented with Kensei + Capacitor Plate and his barrier is still not good
