First rotation buffs should always go to the jungler. They’re called jungle camps for a reason. They help with clear speed and allow early ganking much better.

While this is generally true… If i’m the only jungler, I’ll usually invade to take the enemy’s CP buff and my own wp buff, so that my mid laner can take the cp buff…
I’ve built up a pretty good system to steal the cp buff… I can usually take it away from them pretty easily.
I’ve got a secret Camera spot… which the enemy never detects… I’ve done so many steals of the CP buff using this little trick
