Ehem one word: skillshot. Btw the simplest kit in game is Ringo not Skaarf.

It’s the Joysick effect I’m tellin you.

I actually played CP kestrel as top lane… i mean I didn’t bother to engage 2 vs 1… when in mid game and late game. i dominated lol…

Skaarf has longer range than Ringo on the abilities that matter, he can deal long-term damage consistently, and his most damaging and reliable abilities do not require him to stand still for periods of time or stutterstep. Skaarf also has slows which can turn into damage puddles (that still slow).

Skaarf is superior and easier.

I’m talking about the simplicity of the kit. Ringo: 2 target skills, 1 slow and 1 DoT and one self buff. Skaarf: 1 DoT skillshot, 1 AoE slow if hit by A turns into an AoE DoT and a cone of flames. Well Ringo is sure as hell simpler.

DoT is damage over time?

Also Ringo’s kit may seem simpler, but Skaarf is the most straight-forward of all the heroes. You tap at the enemies and he has one (effective) build (cp). There’s a lot more to being a good Ringo than being a good Skaarf.

He means just kit simplicity. Not mechanics.
