You should know that they had buffed the level up sunlight rewards three quarters of a seasons way.

actually, they jst brought back the 500 essence we had the second time (then nerfed to 175).
but at the same time they took one or two legendary cards away, so they just spread the essence reward between the end of the season reward and the higher sunlight levels.
