The problem is that there is no defense agains massive offense boosted talents. A Crit Ardan can BFB you for wicked damage despite any armour…
but you cant let the def items in scale with talent levels. that would defeat the entire purpose of the talents.
allthough it would be a nice way to kill them without actually deleting them.
Create defense talents to kill offense talents off…
one of the changes to talents was talents becoming more impactful and cheaper to upgrade since 1k glory for a lvl1-2 upgrade was too much for a .1% boost. Also if they were to remove talents they need to deal with the nothing to spend glory on complains again
the glory issue is easy to fix.
buy taunts for glory
buy a map skin for glory
buy a skin for kracken/ghostwing/blackclaw
buy a scout cam skin
buy stuff for your account page for others to see
buy certain bp for glory
increase hero glory price
reduce glory gain
btw, they only increased the start up upgrade costs. the talent upgrades on the mid to high levels are near the same as before the reduction.
but once you are already at level 9, you will go all the way to level 20.

Level 10+ Long Shot, there is nothing more fun
I just wanna say that I’ve been playing vainglory since Beta and I still have 4 heroes that need go be unlocked. Everything I have done in this game including my 40 skins has been completely free to play as well as the mass amount of talents I have.
I just hate that we need blueprints now… All skins are harder to grind now. ;(
