“Site is in read-only mode”

I just got this error and couldn’t post. Is this an issue that I faced independently or is this something we should expect in the future periodically?

I have the same thing too, if you look on the top of the website, there shows a message regarding about site read only mode

There was a backup running. The site is in read-only mode during the actual backup. Currently, those are taking less than a minute, so you must have just been lucky.
