For the second time this week, I got an error when opening my 5-hero chest … has this happened to anyone else? I have no idea whether I actually got the rewards or not, and I’m pretty annoyed about it.

I haven’t got an error but I have opened it with only 4 heros used
Yep, got it too. Amongst other errors.
You get the rewards anyway. It is still irritating though.

'seems to be another netcode / connection related issue. Sometimes, if you wait for absurd amounts of time, it will pick back up and the chest opens. That can take several minutes, though, and there’s no guarantee.
