tbh. Both her A and B are easy to deal damage and utilise the perk on top of the general cooldown + little CP and energy/energy recharge. Ofc other combos are also possible, but this one can benefit from early 
and more impact early-early mid game (without scarifying utility).
My issue is how expensive CW is.
It’s not a first item, it’s third or forth item. Only is fast buy that will allow A + B frequent usage and heavy AA to pressure more in mid.
