No but getting triple Plate should max out his CD and give him some good defensive stats (in addition to the boosted heals and speed boost from them ofc) and filling in with three Cruibles (or maybe a Pluseweave too because it provides the same stats) should give him a ton of HP to make his heal (and therefore barrier due to the talent) much stronger.
