This is showing up on Kindle Fire HD6. It’s an old device so maybe that’s why? Everything is working fine on my phone with the same account.
I’d be willing to bet their device check fails to include Kindle as a possibility. Interesting that it mistakes a custom version of Android for a PC, though.
I’d report it to them, for sure.
How do I report it? I’m not familiar with any of their report systems. Although I should be with the amount of problems I encounter.
Thanks. I went to check again for fresh screenshots, and it looks like they fixed it already. I know they said they were ironing out some bugs before the patch but it seems like they still had some issues left.
