I found you – you have a space at the end of your IGN, which that app is probably not able to deal with. Here’s the data in the API for your matches played:

You can come up with the approximate hours played by multiplying the matches played in each mode by the average length of a match in that mode (e.g. 8 min for aral = Battle Royale, etc.).
(Btw, you are far from the only player with a space at the end of your IGN. If you want to look up your overall stats using Andi, add an underline to your IGN where the space is: pilebuster_ will work. I don’t know if that works for the app you were trying to use.)
