Welcome everyone with a new hero idea. This time we’re covering Wilson, a veteran soldier of the Churnguard who can’t leave his past behind.
●Stats:
•HP: 697-2168 (+133.75 per level).
•HP regen: 0.3% max HP per second.
•Energy: 215-380 (+15 per level).
•Energy regen: 1% max energy per second.
•WP: 77-118 (+3.75 per level)
•Attack speed: 100%-137.4% (+3.4% per level)
•Armor and Shield: 20-50
•Range: 6.6m.
•Movement speed: 3.1 m/s.
●Perk: Seasoned Soldier
•If Wilson stands still, he will get a 35% crit chance bonus for 2s after moving and his crit shots slow targets by 15%.
•Devil’s Luck: Upon taking lethal damage, regenerates 25% of max HP instantly. This can occur once every 120s.

●A: Stimulated Assault:
•Wilson injects adrenaline into his body, temporary gaining increased movement speed and empowered basic attack while also reducing the maximum cooldown of Flushing Frag by 50% for the duration of the ability.
•Cooldown: 18s/17s/16s/15s/14s.
•Energy cost: 60/70/80/90/100.
•Duration: 6s.
•Movement speed boost: 20%/25%/30%/35%/50%.
•Basic attack damage: 120%/120%/120%/120%/130%.
●B: Flushing Frag
•Wilson throws a frag grenade a chosen location. The grenade after a 1s fuze will explode, dealing damage, knocking enemies back 4m from its epicenter and slowing them.
•Cooldown: 6s.
•Energy cost: 40/45/50/55/60.
•Range: 8m.
•Damage: 200/250/300/350/450 CP + 175% CP +100% CP
•Slow: 25%/25%/25%/25%/35%.
●Ult: Cavalry Call-in:
•Wilson calls in an airship strafing run that starts on his next moving command and ends on the movement command after that.
•The airship shoots a continuous beam of laser on every non-structure target in a 30m radius, dealing continuous CP damage to them.
•Damage on a single target increases by 25% for every second they’re on their targets.
•Cooldown: 120s/105s/90s.
•Energy cost: 100/125/150
•Damage per second: 250/375/500 CP +200% CP.
(Max strafing distance: 20m. Airship movement speed: 2m/s. Deals damage in small ticks every 0.1s. The first tick is dealt when a target is acquired.)
●Appearance: Wilson wears a black kevlar west inside a trench coat with a Captain insignia on the vest, elbow protectors, camo pants, knee protectors and military boots. His gun will be similar to a Gauss rifle from Starcraft 2 that fires a 3-round burst for every basic attack (like Skye). The airship will be the airship from Vox’s T2 skin.
●Wilson’s lore in short: a captain from the Churnguard that went MIA and presumed KIA after the event of the Leviathan’s attack on the harbor. After that, he keeps on defending the people from the Churn and helps the Ardan family wages a war against the Stormqueen.
Not to get off topic, but Wilson will eventually die of heart failure due to the many times he gets adrenaline injected lelelelelelelelel
