I am having a problem with trying to purchase ICE, this has been happening for a couple of days now. When I go to the market, I scroll all the way down to find that there is no ICE purchasing options, it just shows Glory.
My device is an iPhone XR.
My operating system is iOS.
This is completely intentional. Since Rogue just bailed on the game and tried to end it, SEMC had to take control back of the servers to keep the game up and in light of the sudden scrambling they’ve had to do for the future of the game, they’ve disabled IAPs indefinitely outside of the China server until they decide on what their next move for the game is during this ordeal.
Also welcome to the forums! It’s not exactly the brightest state for the game, but hope you can still enjoy this part of the community.
Thanks for the speedy reply, this helped clear up the confusion. Hopefully this game doesn’t die, I put a lot of time into it. 
Isn’t there an estimated time when ice will come back
