Dealing with AFK solution ideas

I was thinking about solutions to help players when an ally afks.

How about a scaling damage reduction for each teammate when an ally afks?

So like lvl12 afk = 12% damage reduction. This could stack per ally who afked, so 2 allies afk, = 24% damage reduction.

Why damage reduction? I wanted something that would allow players some durability in long fights, without becoming super op if they just got a free MJ.

I didn’t want to give an offensive buff either.

What do you guys think?

This can be exploited with given heroes compositions and a friend who will forfeit.

Its a team based game if a player goes afk you should lose. What you’re suggesting would also be a headache in terms of balancing
