Yeah I got your point but it still has very weak early stats and still inefficient. If you are building SG go straight for it, building only heavy prism only slows down your other items while having minimal impact.
Cooldown lance used to be fun, you can chain stun someone relentless is you get our combos right… CE/AS part of that build.
