Can't create a topic in "Dear SEMC"

I press “new topic” and nothing happens. I try to hold, looks like there is no link at all.

I can confirm this, the link does not work.

That category currently requires Trust Level 2 to create new topics. @idmonfish may want to comment, as he set up the various categories …

Yeah and I was thinking long term not short. Temporarily I will shift this to T1 and in a month or so will shift it back to T2.

Now done.
