Can you do the Anka event without Anka?

I have done the first two quests but I want to know if I can do the “win a pvp match with anka” without owning her as I have like 100 ice, battle royale doesn’t count so no luck there.
I kind of want the key and blueprint as I have the summer chest.

go in ranked ask someone to swap and hope for a carry

You first need to hope she is not banned.

You can also play battleroyal nonstop until you finally get to play her

didnt realize battleroyal doesnt count sorry

All access lets you use her as well. Perhaps you can abuse that?
