Balance wishes?

Hard to know what to nerf right now. In a blind pick you can get matched with horrible counters… CP Baron for instance can be a nightmare if you’ve not got a decent hero who can dive him, mortars are oppressive and the area of effect is huge.

Need a ranked matches to begin, though I’m not sure how draft would work assuming the plan to have draft?

Nr1 request unify the UI vision and flask system for 3v3 and 5v5!

Nerf Koshka and Kruls movement speed.
Nerf Vox CP side.
Nerf aftershock.
Buff Blackwings damage to armouries and vain. Reduce minion damage to armories and vain.
Nerf CP Taka buff WP taka.
Nerf BP stacks.
Buff utility items for the love of god.
Lower cam cd!
Buff armour and shield or create a way for a tank to actually tank damage.

Buff Flicker’s tankiness, make Flicker’s A have 2-3 stacks or buff the radius, lower cooldown on his ult

I think Cath and Grace are 2 best captains rn

With a coordinated team she is good but for solo-duo queuers she is mediocre. I get that pros play at a different level than most of us but in an uncoordinated team an ardan or adagio would be much better. I would like a buff to her perk making her more tanky but not oppressive with stuns and silences

Cath is a joke right now.
They can delete her and it would have no impact.

Gwen: revert 3.0 changes, she was already strong, ult range reduced, damage reduced.
Grace: damage of the passive reduced, too much AoE damage.
CP Vox: damage of his AA reduced (CR)
Adagio: buff his captain side, health ratio on his damage buff.
Lance: more health, he used to be one of the tankiest heroes, right now he is… weak.
Koshka: her barrier change it to overdrive.
Phin: more speed.
Baron: increase the damage of his passive (of the AoE) to ~75%.
Joule: reduce the WR of her TS, decrease the wind up animation (so it is a more reliable damage source).
Rona: damage of the second activation of her B reduced.
Alpha: reboot health reduced, damage of her A per stack reduced.
BF: B slows applying a decaying slow, the slow should be lower than it used to.
Taka: ult damage reduced, healing reduced, cooldown is increased
Idris: AA damage reduced (cp) CR and WR of his B increased, ult cooldown reduced.
Samuel: Ult range (AoE) increased a little bit so it can hit something.
Ringo: base damage of the ult increased, higher CR on both the ult and the A.
Glaive: more crit chance in his B passive.
Items:
Defense buffed.
TB: price reduced

Gameplay:
Turrets tankier
Minions damage to turrets reduced
Increase the effectivity of Ghostwing buff when out of combat
No more slow in the wp buff
More gold minions in jungle (5v5), jungle minions tankier early on.

She can just have a spell sword and already be dealing a quarter of a carries hp

AS % health damage decreased from 14 to 12%.
Koshka base movement speed down from 3.3 to 3.2. CP ratio on Pouncy Fun down from 130 to 120%.
Lorelai empowered CP scaling increased from 0 to 30%. Splashdown overdrive slow increased from 25 to 30%. Waterwall barrier duration increased from 4s to 5s.
Kestrel Adrenaline stack fall off time increased from 6 seconds to 7 seconds. Stealth duration on the overdrive of Active Camo increased from 1.5 to 2 seconds.
Phinn base movement speed increased from 2.9 to 3.0.
Gwen range decreased from 6.2 to 6.1. Perk bonus damage lowered from 40 to 35%. Skedaddle movement speed reduced from 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2.2 to 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 2. but upon overdrive the energy cost is decreased from 60 to 0 and speed duration increased from 1.5s to 2s.
Grace Benediction range on overdrive lowered from 9 to 8. Divine Intervention cooldown increased from 70, 60, 50 to 80, 70, 60.
Taka Ki cooldown speed lowered from 25% to 20%.
Alpha Core Charge overdrive bonus damage/stack reduced from 18 to 15%.
Lyra Imperial Sigil heal increased from 11 to 12% bonus health but detonate damage reduced from 120 to 100%.
Adagio Gift of Fire slow changed from 70% for .7 seconds to 70% for .9 seconds. Fire damage CP ratio changed from 20 to 30%
Vox Pulse resonance bounce bonus range on overdrive decreased from 2 to 1.
Samuel Corrupted Genius healing and energy restoration decreased from 50-200 to 50-150.
Ringo range increased from 6.2 to 6.3.
Grumpjaw Grumpy overdrive bonus damage/stack decreased from 95 to 75 and slow decreased from 65 to 55% at all levels.
Skaarf Dragon Breath damage increased from 265, 355, 445, to 300, 400, 500.
Reza Firestarter CP scaling decreased from 120 to 110%. Netherform Detonator damage CP scaling increased from 50% to 60% and FH scaling from 40% to 50%. Reza health at lvl 12 reduced from 2306 to 2206.
Ardan Vanguard cooldown increased from 17,16,15,14,13 to 20,19,18,17,15.
Flicker Binding Light damage decreased from 80,160,240,320,400 to 70,140,210,280,350 but scaling increased from 25 to 45%.
Glaive Twisted Stroke crystal damage increased from 10,20,30,40,50 to 20,40,60,80,100. Bloodsong lifesteal/stack increased from 1.2 to 1.3 upon overdrive.
Rona Foesplitter overdrive decreased from 70 to 55 for both activations.

CP Buff health restoration removed and attack speed added.
WP Buff slow removed and cooldown added.

Krul main? Krul has the same movement speed as koshka… Nerf him too…

Removing the slow from the WP buff will have a significant impact on Krul and most other junglers.

Yeah. For those who don’t understand why, keep in mind that what the wp buff offers is a shiversteel without activation, and no item slots required. In my opinion, the slow is unnecessary.

Attack speed for cp buff? That would be good for junglers but which cp carry other than AC users even rely on attack speed.
Cooldown for Wp buff? Other than junglers like glaive,Wp baptiste or carries like Ringo not much Wp heroes rely on cooldown

My goal with changing the buffs is to make them viable for both WP and CP heroes. Right now, they dictate CP mid and WP bot. Predictable lanes make for limited matchup options and a strict meta.

Plus, your team is upset when a WP carry takes the CP buff. By giving them something beneficial to either WP or CP, anyone can justify picking them up. It opens up the lanes to more options for CP or WP.

Sounds good. They really need to introduce a buff management tutorial to stop those laners picking up buffs at lvl 1 or people ignoring dropped buffs

This is probably going to be a long post, so be prepared.

CP Kestrel is too difficult to pull off in 5v5 with so much CC and Ganks everywhere. She needs a way to become a balanced hero that doesn’t require such a difficult skill cap to play. The only people who can play her properly to any success are the higher tiers and the pros. This change should make her more viable but not to the point that he becomes OP. WP Kestrel is in a good spot at the moment, so this is only meant to reflect a change in her CP path

Glimmershot
Crystal Ratio up to 150%(Bringing it up to 160% would make her poking skills far too effective after her decreased reload time on Glimmershot)

Active Camo decreased cooldown reduction up from 1.5 seconds to 2 seconds on initial impact of Glimmershot.

Active Camo
Increase stealth duration CP scaling from 3% to 4%
This is to make sure that after she hits her Shatterglass and Clcokwork powerspike, she will be able to start staying invisible forever.

Add an effect of CC immunity for 0.4 seconds after she get’s out of active camo with a CP scaling of 0.03%
This is to add to the survivability of CP kestrel being a squishy Assasin as she is. Makes WP power a bit better too but its fine because it is mostly the scaling that makes a real impact.

Aftershock health percentage down to 12%

Koshka make Barrier an overdrive but a stonger barrier.
Lessen Base Damage of Pouncy Fun AND Twirly Death BUT increase scalings to 150% and 100% respectively, making her more of a late game assasin rather than an early game bully.
Lessen her movement speed buff from perk to 1.75 from 2.5

Lorelai- Her CP path is really good but fails to stand out among other carried. This will help her become a very good carry while still being an effective captain.

Empowered Crystal Power changed from 15-180 to 30-200
Pool duration increased from 8 seconds to 10 seconds
Stun duration on fish food increased to 0.5 seconds
Waterwall Crystal ratio up from 150% to 200% with duration increased from 4 seconds to 4 seconds + 0.01% crystal ratio duration.

Taka- Reduce Crystal ratio on ultimate to 140%
Reduce heal from B
increase cooldown on ultimate.

Varya- Increase Chain Lightning scaling to 35%
Decrease bonus sttack speed to 10-20-35% on Ultimate

Gwen- Nerf base attack speed
decrease range from 6.2 to 5.9
Skeddadle decrease passive movement speed from 0.8 to 0.6
change 4 seconds to 3 seconds for the taking out of passive movement speed when taking damage from enemies.
Increase Base Movement speed to 3.2 instead of 3.0

Celeste- Increase CP scaling on her ultimate from 100% on lead star to 130%
Trailing stars crystal ratio from 20% to 30%
Increase hitbox on core collapse but increase cooldown
Movement Speed increased from 3.3 to 3.5 (Allows her to have some sort of countermeasure to Assasins and ganks. Still fairly immobile so still balanced.)

Samuel- Increase movement speed to 3.3 from 3.2
Decrease CP scalings=
Malice and verdict
Crystal ratio down from 110% to 105%
Empowered damage crystal ratio down from 120% to 115%

Skaarf- Increase movement speed to 3.5 for a countermeasure to assassins.
Increase Crystal ratio on Dragon’s Breath

Lyra- Her CP is still going unnoticed. Some buffs would be good.
Light attack ratio up from 60 to 65%
Heavy Attack ratio up from 70 to 80%
Movement speed up to 3.5
Add a crystal ratio to her Burst Heal(take note only her Burst Heal) of 150%

Catherine- Stun duration change from 0.7 to 0.9 to=
0.7-08-0.9-1-1.2
This would feel more balanced overall.

Krul
Decrease movement speed buff from perk to 1.75 from 2.5
