This is probably going to be a long post, so be prepared.
CP Kestrel is too difficult to pull off in 5v5 with so much CC and Ganks everywhere. She needs a way to become a balanced hero that doesn’t require such a difficult skill cap to play. The only people who can play her properly to any success are the higher tiers and the pros. This change should make her more viable but not to the point that he becomes OP. WP Kestrel is in a good spot at the moment, so this is only meant to reflect a change in her CP path
Glimmershot
Crystal Ratio up to 150%(Bringing it up to 160% would make her poking skills far too effective after her decreased reload time on Glimmershot)
Active Camo decreased cooldown reduction up from 1.5 seconds to 2 seconds on initial impact of Glimmershot.
Active Camo
Increase stealth duration CP scaling from 3% to 4%
This is to make sure that after she hits her Shatterglass and Clcokwork powerspike, she will be able to start staying invisible forever.
Add an effect of CC immunity for 0.4 seconds after she get’s out of active camo with a CP scaling of 0.03%
This is to add to the survivability of CP kestrel being a squishy Assasin as she is. Makes WP power a bit better too but its fine because it is mostly the scaling that makes a real impact.
Aftershock health percentage down to 12%
Koshka make Barrier an overdrive but a stonger barrier.
Lessen Base Damage of Pouncy Fun AND Twirly Death BUT increase scalings to 150% and 100% respectively, making her more of a late game assasin rather than an early game bully.
Lessen her movement speed buff from perk to 1.75 from 2.5
Lorelai- Her CP path is really good but fails to stand out among other carried. This will help her become a very good carry while still being an effective captain.
Empowered Crystal Power changed from 15-180 to 30-200
Pool duration increased from 8 seconds to 10 seconds
Stun duration on fish food increased to 0.5 seconds
Waterwall Crystal ratio up from 150% to 200% with duration increased from 4 seconds to 4 seconds + 0.01% crystal ratio duration.
Taka- Reduce Crystal ratio on ultimate to 140%
Reduce heal from B
increase cooldown on ultimate.
Varya- Increase Chain Lightning scaling to 35%
Decrease bonus sttack speed to 10-20-35% on Ultimate
Gwen- Nerf base attack speed
decrease range from 6.2 to 5.9
Skeddadle decrease passive movement speed from 0.8 to 0.6
change 4 seconds to 3 seconds for the taking out of passive movement speed when taking damage from enemies.
Increase Base Movement speed to 3.2 instead of 3.0
Celeste- Increase CP scaling on her ultimate from 100% on lead star to 130%
Trailing stars crystal ratio from 20% to 30%
Increase hitbox on core collapse but increase cooldown
Movement Speed increased from 3.3 to 3.5 (Allows her to have some sort of countermeasure to Assasins and ganks. Still fairly immobile so still balanced.)
Samuel- Increase movement speed to 3.3 from 3.2
Decrease CP scalings=
Malice and verdict
Crystal ratio down from 110% to 105%
Empowered damage crystal ratio down from 120% to 115%
Skaarf- Increase movement speed to 3.5 for a countermeasure to assassins.
Increase Crystal ratio on Dragon’s Breath
Lyra- Her CP is still going unnoticed. Some buffs would be good.
Light attack ratio up from 60 to 65%
Heavy Attack ratio up from 70 to 80%
Movement speed up to 3.5
Add a crystal ratio to her Burst Heal(take note only her Burst Heal) of 150%
Catherine- Stun duration change from 0.7 to 0.9 to=
0.7-08-0.9-1-1.2
This would feel more balanced overall.
