I think there will a fourth skin that they probably want to use as a surprise so I would assume it would be a earth user.
I did a bit of reading on reddit, and a Dev confirmed it’s going to be 3 skins with an additional version for each. But I’m personally very happy with those, and if things go well, we may be seeing more of these particular cross-over skins in the future. There’s definitely a lot of untapped potential in the Avatar series.
