SEMC I just submitted a support ticket and what baffled me was “Why does this MOBILE GAMING company not have a MOBILE friendly support page?”
Please SEMC think ahead that people playing a mobile game will access your support site on a mobile device.
Same with announcements and lore. All that should be accessable in-game. I think it’s about time they stopped sacrificing game quality for the sake of people with garbage devices.
Well the official forums were shut down because they werent mobile friendly… Looks like the support page is next
