There is no planned downtime for 3.4 activation and if your on NA it should be available now.
Should be live now, I can see the update in my playstore (Europe region).
Yup, it’s live now! If you don’t see it in the App Store, try refreshing the updates page. It can still take a while to populate, depending on where you live though (hasn’t shown up for me yet, for instance, east coast US). Hopefully you’ll have it soon!
