Tony was boring in paper and ended up boring in game (IMO), so I don’t have good expectations for kenshei.

He wasn’t boring more of basic, but at the same time versatile. Mind I have only played him once or twice in br it was pretty fun.
For you, for me he is the second most boring hero to play, only second to CP Gwen.
To each his own, I personally like Tony a lot but I don’t play him much because its super hard to carry with him considering he’s a WP support hero. But I think you should move him down third you forgot about CP Baron.
I love playing CP baron, pateto is far more boring.
I had one go 0/9, I’m not that fond of him atm
