i’m pretty sure you don’t actually benefit from energy and energy recharge? not sure, i’d have to check but i think heroes with alternste energy don’t benefit unless they convert it to cp like ardan
The CD is 5 sec without infusion. Also if you don’t hit anyone with it you won’t be applying the mortal wounds anyway hahaha. And as I said I wouldn’t ever build it on him. I don’t like it and I think this item is very overused on certain heroes.

That’s true, thanks for the info, I built it in place and DE and it’s a huge dps loss, and can’t replace AC, BM, or eve
