Isn’t is a guaranteed legendary for 1k Ice? Can hardly complain about that…

Not garanteed but you either get grace’s new skin or you get 4 bp chest. It is fair as if you don’t get grace’s skin you get a garantee 4 times of skin, hero or essence. Though if you wanted 4 bp chests for 1 more ice you got them
