I think CapPlate really pushed Adagio and Lyra very close together. Lyra always had the speed boost advantage on her heals. Now with CapPlate, Adagio has a speed boost on his heal for one ally. He is also a flex pick whereas Lyra really is best as a Captain.
Based on Flexibility, Grace and Adagio would be my top 2. Based purely on Captain, Grace and Lyra.
