Karas full perk
Karas perk:
Every 3 basic attacks, Karas’s winds transforms into a devastating typhoon, dealing 120-197 (level 1-12) (+90% crystal power) to the target and nearby enemy units.
However, Karas does cp damage on all basic attacks, not just every 3 like his perk’s descriptions might make you think
Essentially, his “full” perk is like:
Every basic attack, Karas deals 65-131 (level 1-12)(+73% crystal power) .
Every 3 basic attacks, Karas’s winds transforms into a devastating typhoon, dealing 120-197 (level 1-12) (+90% crystal power) to the target and nearby enemy units.
Something like the first sentence is the missing portion. We figured out the stats by looking at his damage in-game, so it might be a bit imprecise.

You can cancel Karas’s C by activing A.
Karas’s Perk Bug
Karas’s perk will cancel if you recall or cancel the stutter.

Note that the perk will NOT cancel if you recall in a brush (and the enemies don’t have vision on you. When the Goldoak hit Karas in a brush and he was visible, the perk’s stacks still got cancelled).
