I can't login!

Hi im breachNclear26, i have been playing vainglory for almost a year, but recently i can’t login to my account, it says that my device can’t connect to the server, the only way i can login is using vpn connected to a server in my region (SEA), i thought that my provider is the problem, but it doesn’t seem to be the problem, i can watch video on YouTube without buffering, no connection problem in another online games, no connection problem in social media and stuff, this problem stopped me from climbing the rank
can anybody help?

my device: xiaomi redmi 4X
android version: 7.1.2 N2G47H
App Version: 3.8.3 (85683)

In poe a breach is something you clear and they were introduced in patch 2.6.
