They’ve restricted shitposting ability with a 30 chracter minimum. I have feeling that will stop no one , though. 
We are rather hopeful people will discourage each other and themselves. This is our home and if we post shit then that is what we will all end up living in.
Its not just shit posting that the minimum addresses though - research on forums suggests when people get annoyed with each other they tend to write shorter and shorter posts - so this hopefully will also help forumers stop and think about whether they really want to go there.
