I usually just force quit the game when the vain shatters and since doing this I have started to get LPQ and I don’t know if this fault on my part but I swear we could do this before 3.0

That should not be getting you LPQ. More likely you were downvoted for other behaviour in-game. However, if that is not the case, just wait the extra 30 seconds.

Are you force quitting just to return to the game, or are your force quitting and doing other things?
