Get fit with my morning routine

I thought I’d share the routine I follow on my days off for those like me who are looking to improve their health:

  1. Eat a healthy breakfast
  2. Stay hydrated
  3. Get at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise



and yes, I did already eat the muffins


I pretty much try to do the same, but in my case I fail to do the 2nd point. I tend to focus so much on whatever I’m doing that I forget everything else.

I’m forced to do the 3rd point due to health problems I already have though, so that’s something I don’t forget. For me that point is 30 mins of bicycle instead of aerobics.

Bicycling is an aerobic exercise, tho, so you’re good! :+1:

I see no difference between the two. Little Bites (specifically the chocolate chip variant and not the blueberry alternative) with coffee is definitely a healthy and nutritious breakfast, with the latter also completing the second step in the routine, and League qualifies as an aerobic exercise.
