Frost mage somewhat like a Catherine mix with adagio Cc should be good but I’m talking about a non mobile ice mage that controls AREAS and ultimate should be wide like adagio and should be a Blizzard that freeze and does dot damage

B ability should be like Samuels but it does not move it slows and roots should also be wide like Samuels b

A ability should be Like Saws suppressing fire but it shoots ice and slows
