DE really isn’t potato it takes 6 stacks to out perform SG which isn’t that many… stop declaring everything potato.
Exactly what’s meta for you right now? I’m interested.

I’ve thought this for a while. It’s good as a last item on Idris, if you buy a cp infusion with it you get your perk making it easier to build stacks. You still have to be with a team that will let you kite but dps wise it’s good.
Maybe wp Adagio would benefit from this as a 3/4th item?

Convince me. Why would I waste 5 stacks trying to get to a SG lvl of damage with virtually no profit? I could do the same cp damage in half the time before. Now it’s efficiency is reduced basically by half.
You have to be constantly attacking for 18 seconds, 5 in vain.
For snipers, DE is useless. For warriors, it might work. Assassins would not benefit either. Mages have no need for hybrid.
