2 clockworks effective or nah?

so… there’s a cd cap at 45%…i wonder if 2 clockworks exceed the cap

Two CW give 40% cooldown, under the cap. However, I would advise not going double CW, as the passive doesn’t stack and there are other ways to reduce cooldowns

i almost need it when i play celeste, but usually the match ends before i even get to a second CW.

i’ve been wanting try building 2 CW for a long time… the match never last long enough. the second CW should be last item, after you built enough damage.
even then, it would better to just go for halcyon chargers and an infusion, which would give: CW 20% + chargers 10% + infusion 15% = 45% cap.
